Commercial Roofing Foreman

Compensation Range: $28-34/HR

About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Roofing Foremen to lead field crews, inspect and repair roofing systems, manage jobsite workflows, and ensure high quality workmanship and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical roofing expertise, and the ability to manage materials, productivity, and project budgets.

Day to Day

• Inspect roofs for damage, defects, and leaks

• Perform roofing repairs as needed

• Complete field inspections and document findings

• Develop scope of work and job budgets

• Create and organize materials lists

• Provide leadership, training, and direction to field crews

• Train employees on safety practices and equipment

• Maintain productivity while controlling job costs

• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment

• Participate in and help instruct company training programs

• Uphold company policies, work standards, and safety expectations

• Remove snow, ice, and debris from rooftops

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Brings:

• 3–5 years of roofing or construction experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license

• Knowledge of multiple roofing products and systems

• Ability to read blueprints and specifications

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Proficient with Word and Excel

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to perform basic math using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and reaching

• Frequent lifting/moving up to 50 lbs

• Use of hands for handling materials and equipment

• Requires close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception vision
