Job Description
The Shipping Regulatory Administrator ensures that products are shipped in compliance with all jurisdictional regulations. This role involves accurately preparing shipping notifications, securing necessary regulatory approvals, and maintaining orders through ERP systems.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare and process shipping notifications for gaming devices, software, and hardware.
+ Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and responses.
+ Update and manage systems used for shipping notification processing.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to notification letters, system errors, and shipping holds.
+ Organize and maintain accurate records and archives of shipping notifications and related documentation.
+ Support the Regulatory Compliance team with inquiries and documentation needs.
Essential Skills
+ Proficient typing skills.
+ Proficient with MS Office Programs.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
+ Effective communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with part sales and finished goods operations.
+ Knowledge of compliance and regulatory processes.
+ Experience with ERP systems and enterprise-level applications such as Oracle, Salesforce & Agile.

Work Environment
A fast-paced setting with a focus on teamwork and efficiency. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends as needed. Dress code is business casual. Education requirement includes a high school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in the gaming industry.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
