Job Title: Metal Roofer** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Metal Roofer to join our team, responsible for installing various roofing components and utilizing tools efficiently to ensure quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

+ Install wood on roofs to provide a sturdy base for other roofing materials.

+ Lay roofing paper on roofs to ensure waterproofing and protection.

+ Secure sheet metal roofing panels to the roof using screws, ensuring stability and durability.

+ Operate cordless tools effectively to carry out roofing tasks.

+ Shear and form sheet metal as part of the installation process.

+ Operate a press brake for sheet metal fabrication.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to install wood and roofing paper on roofs.

+ Proficiency in screwing sheet metal roofing panels to the roof.

+ Experience in using cordless tools for roofing tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Some experience with sheet metal is a plus.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience in sheet metal fabrication and equipment installation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Monte, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
