Job Title: Swiss Machinist** **Job Description

As a Swiss Machinist, you will be responsible for operating various Swiss machines to produce orthopedic products, such as bone screws. You will monitor the parts to ensure they remain within tolerance levels.

Responsibilities

+ Operate Swiss machines (including Bx, BH Turret, 327 laser Swiss).

+ Produce orthopedic products, primarily bone screws.

+ Monitor and ensure parts remain within tolerance.

+ Work with materials such as titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and peek.

+ Make necessary changes to offsets or tools to maintain tolerance.

+ Perform quality checks on your own parts.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with blueprint reading.

+ Proficiency in operating CNC Swiss machines.

+ Ability to perform deburring and quality inspections.

+ Familiarity with G & M codes.

+ Skill in tool changes and machine offsets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2+ years of recent experience operating and running CNC Swiss machines, preferably with Tsugami.

+ Experience with medical parts is a plus but not required.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
