Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Operator working in a heavy industrial and loud manufacturing environment. You'll be part of two key departments: Stamping and Body Weld, where you'll play a vital role in the production process.

Responsibilities

+ Collect, sort, and stack parts as they move through the production process.

+ Work with different size parts according to the production order.

+ Perform duties within allotted cycle times and complete allocated parts within the production time frame.

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and wear Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) including Kevlar sleeves, safety gloves, safety glasses, safety helmet, safety face shield, leather apron, ear and noise protection, and steel toe shoes.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to stand and be on feet for 8+ hours per day.

+ Comfortable with repetitive motion tasks.

+ Experience in stacking and spot welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Manufacturing experience is a big plus, but not required.

+ Forklift experience (2 years) is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

This role is set in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Employees must wear all protective equipment including Kevlar sleeves, safety gloves, safety glasses, safety helmet, safety face shield, leather apron, ear and noise protection, and steel toe shoes. The job requires standing and being on your feet all day, with comfort in performing repetitive motions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.90 - $26.65/hr.
