    Job Title: Quality Inspector

    Job Description

    As a Quality Inspector, you will perform detailed in-process inspections of electrical and mechanical assemblies using technical drawings, CAD models, and established processes. You will ensure conformance to design requirements and conduct thorough product inspections on finished goods, including First Article Inspections and certified supplier document reviews. Your role includes documenting production nonconformance in accordance with provided procedures, verifying compliance with applicable standards, and maintaining professionalism and timeliness in daily activities. Effective communication with other personnel regarding quality issues is essential. You will manage multiple assignments concurrently and monitor the use of calibrated measuring instruments.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform in-process inspections of electrical and mechanical assemblies using technical drawings and CAD models.

    + Conduct detailed inspections on finished goods, including First Article Inspections.

    + Document production nonconformance and verify compliance with standards.

    + Communicate quality issues effectively to other personnel.

    + Work on multiple assignments concurrently, maintaining flexibility to the production schedule.

    + Monitor the use of calibrated measuring instruments.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in inspection, quality control, and quality assurance.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Visual inspection skills.

    + Sound knowledge of standards and working principles in the aerospace industry.

    + 3+ years of inspection experience in aerospace, aviation, military, or manufacturing environments.

    + Experience with electrical systems, including testing and inspection using portable measuring devices.

    + Must be eligible to work in the U.S

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associate degree in a technical or engineering field.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a clean room environment that is climate-controlled. The role requires wearing full GMP attire, including a smock, hairnet, and shoe covers.

    This is a Contract position based out of Midland, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
