    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for a 1st shift role. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting both newer and older equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, reactive troubleshooting and repairs, completing work orders, and communicating with operators. In this position, you will work on various projects as needed, ensuring safety through LOTO procedures and utilizing blueprints, schematics, and multimeters. The role involves working with CNC machinery, Fanuc drive modules, routers, welders, hydraulics, pneumatics, hoists, scaffolds, and forklifts.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair both newer and older equipment.

    + Perform preventive maintenance and reactive troubleshooting.

    + Complete work orders and engage in effective communication with operators.

    + Work on projects as needed.

    + Conduct LOTO procedures and utilize blueprints and schematics.

    + Operate multimeters, CNC machinery, and Fanuc drive modules.

    + Work with routers, welders, hydraulics, pneumatics, hoists, scaffolds, and forklifts.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Mechanical troubleshooting of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and bearings.

    + Electrical experience up to 480v 3-phase, including LOTO, voltmeter, and schematics.

    + Experience with electronics such as AC/DC and drive modules.

    + Valid Driver's License.

    + PLC troubleshooting and CNC troubleshooting.

    + Motorized platform troubleshooting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience working on CNC machines.

    + Experience troubleshooting PLCs, RS Logix 5000, and/or Siemens.

    + Experience troubleshooting CNC equipment and/or Fanuc controls.

    + Custom welding and fabrication experience.

    + Experience troubleshooting/repairing golf carts, forklifts, and pay loaders.

    + Experience with motorized platforms like hoists and scaffolds.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Middlebury, IN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $56160.00/yr.

    -80 hours of Vacation effective 1st of month following 30 days of employment
