    Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description

     

    Join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for assembling air duct systems using hand and power tools. This role involves reading schematics to assemble custom-ordered duct systems and performing quality checks to ensure safety. Candidates should be prepared to lift 50+ pounds daily, with assistance available for heavier items.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble air duct systems using hand and power tools.

    + Read schematics to determine the assembly of duct systems.

    + Perform quality checks on products to ensure safety.

    + Lift and handle materials weighing 50+ pounds with assistance as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with assembly operations.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret schematics.

    + Physical capability to lift and move heavy items.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions.

    + Ability to work on feet for 10-12 hours a day.

    Work Environment

    Work in an industrial manufacturing environment with an early shift starting at 6:30 AM. Be prepared for physical work conditions, including high temperatures during the summer months, while remaining on your feet for extended periods.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
