+ **Mon–Thu:** 5:00 AM–3:30 PM OR 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

+ **Weekend:** 5:00 AM–5:30 PM (Work 36 hrs, Paid for 40!)

Work Environment:

Non-climate-controlled shop – expect a hands-on, gritty environment where real work gets done!

Position Overview

Join our team and help produce high-quality steel products! You’ll perform weld prep, execution, and finishing operations to meet customer specs. Plus, repair submerged arc weld seams on steel pipes using specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding & finishing operations to meet quality standards

• Repair discontinuities in submerged arc weld seams

• Maintain & troubleshoot welding equipment

• Use precision measuring instruments for inspection

• Perform grinding using manual & power tools

• Follow safety & housekeeping standards

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in welding techniques

• Knowledge of weld set-up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)

• Experience with measuring tools

• Ability to use mobile apps

• **Minimum 1 year welding experience**

Bonus Points:

+ MIG, Flux Core, Dual Shield welding experience

+ Ability to read & interpret blueprints

+ Successful completion of internal welding test

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $49920.00/yr.
