    Job Title: Sorter** **Job Description

     

    As a Sorter, you will play a crucial role in organizing and unwrapping incoming products. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, quality, and accuracy. You will be responsible for heavy lifting and sorting tasks, working collaboratively in teams of three.

    Responsibilities

    + Unwrap and organize incoming products.

    + Ensure high accuracy and quality in sorting tasks.

    + Perform heavy lifting and sorting duties.

    + Collaborate effectively within a team of three.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in sorting and picking.

    + Physical capability to consistently lift 40 lbs.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    + At least 6 months of warehouse or industrial experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Sorting and picking experience.

    + High attention to detail, including serial numbers and quantities.

    + Experience working in a small team.

    + Background in production and unloading.

    + IT/Computer literacy and experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

    Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with approximately 70 employees onsite. The facility is semi-climate controlled, offering 30-minute lunch breaks. Shifts are available from Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime, usually not on weekends. The first shift runs from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, and the second shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
