    Job Title: Facilities Manager** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. This role involves a dynamic range of tasks, from maintenance and repairs to compliance with safety regulations.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including janitorial tasks, maintenance, and repairs.

    + Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

    + Oversee ongoing building projects, including renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.

    + Demonstrate proficiency in fire compliance and hazardous waste management.

    + Complete annual emission reporting and handle worker’s compensation claims.

    + Manage construction projects within a manufacturing environment, coordinating with contractors and vendors.

    + Troubleshoot and repair pumps and air compressors.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.

    + Experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    + Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards.

    + Familiarity with fire compliance, hazardous waste management, and emission reporting.

    + Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

    + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chatsworth, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
