**Pay:** **$26–$35/hr** (Based on experience)

About the Role

Do you have the skills to turn raw metal into **precision-engineered masterpieces** ? We’re looking for a **seasoned MIG/TIG Welder** to join our team and work on **customized platforms, mezzanines, ladders, stairs, and steps** for industries that demand excellence.

• What You’ll Do

• Perform **MIG and TIG welding** on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.

• Fabricate parts from **blueprints and custom drawings** —every project is unique!

• Inspect and test welds to ensure **top-tier quality** .

• Use cutting, burning, and welding equipment to bring designs to life.

**Weld thickness:** ¼ inch to ⅜ inch.

• What We’re Looking For

• **5+ years** of welding experience (not entry-level).

• Minimum **3 years MIG/TIG welding experience** .

• At least **2 years welding aluminum** .

• Ability to perform **vertical and horizontal welds** .

• Skilled at reading **blueprints and verifying weld specs** .

• Skills That Make You Shine
