Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. You will operate manual, automatic, or semi-automatic NC machine tools and CNC machining equipment to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations. This role requires close attention to detail to meet tolerance and finish requirements. You will be responsible for setting up machines, running routine programs, troubleshooting, and performing quality checks on parts and equipment using tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

+ Operate manual, automatic, or semi-automatic NC and CNC machines to perform standard operations.

+ Perform 1-3 setups per day and check routine programs.

+ Troubleshoot issues at the machine and conduct quality checks on parts and equipment.

+ Use calipers and micrometers for precise measurement.

+ Work with various machines including Kitamura, Doosan, and others.

Work Environment

Monday through Thursday. Benefit from a 5% premium for off-shift work and enjoy a flexible schedule. The shop environment is clean, well-lit, and requires minimal heavy lifting, contributing to a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Middleton, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $59000.00/yr.
