Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator** **Job Description

Operate Fanuc-controlled CNC Lathes machining centers in the manufacture of industrial parts. Perform tool changes, offsets, and program edits. Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges while maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

+ Operate CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls to produce industrial parts.

+ Perform tool changes, offsets, and make program edits as needed.

+ Conduct in-process inspections using precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC Lathe operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with CNC lathe or Swiss machines.

+ Experience in machine setup.

Work Environment

Work in a job shop setting located in Dayton, MN, specializing in machining industrial parts. The facility is somewhat dated but well-maintained and has recently undergone significant expansion. Join a team of approximately 40 dedicated professionals.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
