    CNC Machinist For Hire!

     

    • **Location:** Lakeland, FL

    • **Shift:** 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    • **Pay:** **$20–$30 per hour**

    About the Role

    A leading metal fabrication company in Auburndale, FL is seeking an experienced **CNC Machinist** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced equipment and grow with a company that values precision and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate **HAAS VF5 3-axis mills** and **HAAS SL-20 3-axis lathes**

    + Program and optimize using **Fusion 360 CAM software**

    + Modify G-Code for efficiency (not a pure G-Code programming role)

    + Adjust speeds and feeds during daily operations

    + Read and interpret fabrication prints

    + Inspect machining work performed by others

    + Maintain and provide your own tools

    Qualifications

    + 1–6 years of CNC machining experience

    + Proficiency in **Fusion 360 CAM software**

    + Ability to read blueprints and fabrication prints

    + Experience with machine setup and changeovers

    + Hands-on experience operating **3-axis HAAS machines**

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
