5‑Day Customer Service & Hospitality Assignment
Are you someone with a positive attitude, a passion for helping others, and the drive to deliver exceptional customer service? This is your chance to be part of the Super Bowl excitement at one of the Bay Area’s busiest private aviation hubs!
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our San Jose (SJC) base during a high‑traffic week as thousands of travelers arrive for the big event. This short‑term assignment offers a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment where you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for passengers.
What You’ll Do
You’ll rotate through various stations and may assist with:
+ Guiding arriving vehicles to designated parking areas (no valet—just friendly direction and support).
+ Greeting passengers with warmth and professionalism, offering directions, assistance, and luggage help.
+ Supporting catering operations: placing orders, distributing meals, setting up dining areas, refreshing snack stations, and keeping spaces tidy.
+ Performing light cleaning tasks to maintain a polished, welcoming environment.
+ Assisting with baggage handling in non‑tarmac areas.
+ Following training closely and executing responsibilities with attention to detail.
What You Bring
+ Strong customer service and hospitality skills
+ A friendly, professional demeanor
+ Ability to stay organized and helpful in a busy environment
+ Willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team
Preferred Experience
+ Airport baggage handling
+ Hospitality or concierge‑level customer service
+ Directing lobby or parking‑lot traffic with courtesy and confidence
+ Experience in restaurant, front desk, or guest‑facing roles
Requirements
+ Must be able to pass airport compliance screening
+ Must demonstrate exceptional courtesy and a high level of hospitality—essential in private aviation

This is a Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
