    Position: Industrial Maintenance Electrician

    We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to keep our production and facility equipment running at peak performance. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, PLCs, and mechanical components while supporting a proactive maintenance culture.     Key Responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment across electrical, PLC, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

    + Diagnose and resolve issues with motors, sensors, and control circuits.

    + Assist with PLC troubleshooting and make minor programming adjustments.

    + Execute preventive maintenance and accurately log work in CMMS.

    + Interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete tasks efficiently.

    + Safely operate hand and power tools for repairs and fabrication.

    + Construct racks for processing parts through chemical tanks using appropriate materials.

    + Report abnormal conditions or equipment malfunctions promptly.

    + Support initiatives aimed at improving reliability and productivity.

    + Take on additional duties as needed.

    What You Bring

    + Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.

    + Familiarity with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley or similar).

    + Mechanical aptitude in hydraulics, pneumatics, and pump systems.

    + Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

    + Dependable attendance and ability to pass background/drug screening.

    + U.S. work authorization (export license may be required for certain areas).

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Hands-on experience diagnosing and solving complex equipment issues.

    + Basic PLC programming knowledge.

    + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

    Work Conditions

     

    This role involves working in areas where hearing protection is required and occasional exposure to moving parts, fumes, chemicals, and airborne particles. Temperature may vary with outdoor conditions. We provide all necessary PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, aprons, rubber boots, and respirators.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Kent, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
