Job Title: General Production

Job Description

As a General Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in monitoring machines, visually inspecting products, assembling products, and packaging items. The role involves rotating stations to ensure variety in tasks and may require lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

+ Monitor and operate machines efficiently.

+ Complete small-part assembly.

+ Visually inspect products for quality assurance.

+ Package and palletize products.

+ Rotate between different workstations to ensure task variety.

+ Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Good hand/eye coordination.

+ Ability to work with extremely small parts.

+ Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly.

+ Experience in machine operation, picking, and packing.

+ Capability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Open to any type of previous experience as training is provided.

+ Consistency in attendance is crucial.

+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

+ Comfortable working in a sitting position for extended periods.

Work Environment, Shift Hours, and Pay

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, from 6:00am-4:00pm ($18.60)

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, from 4:00pm-2:00am ($18.60+$1.50 shift premium)

The facility is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beloit, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.60 - $18.60/hr.
