    CNC Mill Machinist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist responsible for operating and setting up Haas, Matsuura, and Makino CNC 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mill machining centers with Fanuc controls. You will perform precision machining on components used in the analytical instrumentation, life sciences, aerospace, defense, medical, and electronics industries.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and set up Haas, Matsuura, and Makino CNC machining centers.

    + Perform multiple complex set-ups each day.

    + Work with various materials including aluminum, stainless steels, engineered plastics, titanium, molybdenum, and hastelloy.

    + Conduct short run machining, usually less than 100 parts.

    + Read and comprehend blueprints and GD&T.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of recent experience operating and setting up CNC 3- or 4-axis vertical mills in a machine/job shop.

    + Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and GD&T.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with GibbsCAM is a plus.

    + Experience in 4-5 axis work in a job shop is advantageous.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a nice and clean 90,000 square foot ISO:9001 certified shop. This job shop environment involves working on multiple parts daily and includes some prototype work.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
