Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for installing metal fences on a robotics floor to enhance safety procedures. This role requires proficiency in using tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, rulers, hammers, and torque wrenches. You must be comfortable with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

+ Move and install metal fences on the robotics floor to improve safety.

+ Use hand and power tools effectively, including drilling into concrete.

+ Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

+ Build and assemble metal frames and gating.

+ Perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, pulling, and pushing.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

+ Mechanically inclined and skilled with tools.

+ Ability to read a tape measure.

+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

+ Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled, warehouse setting that can be loud and chaotic. Shifts are available from Monday to Friday with some potential work on Saturdays. Flexibility in shift times is required, with 1st shift from 4:30am-2:30pm and 2nd shift from 2:00pm-12:00am.

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
