Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker and be an integral part of our fast-paced warehouse operations. You will be responsible for loading, sorting, banding, box making, and tote induction tasks across various shifts. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail as you contribute to the smooth functioning of our distribution processes.

Responsibilities

+ Stand in trailers and hand load boxes symmetrically, lifting 50-60 lbs. constantly.

+ Sort large pallets, totes, and boxes quickly to ensure the staged area is full and replenished.

+ Pay close attention to detail on numbers to ensure boxes are correctly placed.

+ Scan and apply labels using automatic taper and rotate tasks to load FedEx trailers by hand.

+ Fold and form boxes, ensuring they are placed by specific dimensions in the correct area.

+ Stage and place formed boxes on carts for the next department, utilizing a pallet jack.

+ Remove old labels from totes, clean them for reuse, and stack them in the correct area.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. throughout the shift.

+ Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

+ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.

+ Basic keypunch skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in warehouse operations, including rework, kitting, packaging, order picking, and labeling.

+ Familiarity with tools such as cherry picker, order picker/packer, reach truck, walkie, pallet jack, RF scan gun.

+ Knowledge of inventory, packing, quality control, picking, general labor, material handling, and quality assurance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
