Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

As a warehouse associate, you will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. This role involves picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and staging products. You must be comfortable with heights as some equipment reaches the top of shelving. Lifting up to 20-30 lbs is required. Note that forklift certification is mandatory before operation, and while certification is pending, you will engage in other duties.

Responsibilities

+ Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment.

+ Use RF scanners for inventory management.

+ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

+ Load and unload trucks efficiently.

+ Stage products and organize warehouse inventory.

+ Perform tasks at heights using appropriate equipment.

+ Lift materials weighing 20-30 lbs as required.

Essential Skills

+ 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, picking, and packing experience.

+ Basic knowledge of inventory management and RF scanning.

+ Ability to operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) after certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse inventory management.

+ Willingness to undergo training for equipment operation.

Work Environment, Shift Hours, and Pay

1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm

Pay varies based upon experience, from $20-22/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Mills, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $21.60/hr.
