    General Production Worker Needed in Kingston Springs $20/hr!

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our dynamic team. The role involves replacing wooden pallets with plastic ones and aerating loads prior to printing based on the production schedule. You will occasionally perform preventative maintenance on equipment and diagnose, troubleshoot issues by detecting early signs or sounds of machine operation. The position requires the ability to read basic measurement tools and follow proper work instructions.

    Responsibilities

    + Replace wooden pallets with plastic pallets and aerate loads prior to printing, based on the production schedule.

    + Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and diagnose, troubleshoot issues by early detection and sound of machine while in operation.

    + Read and follow proper work instructions using basic measurement tools.

    + Frequently lift or carry 10 to 25 pounds and handle pallets weighing 40-52 pounds.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This entry-level position operates on a 2-2-3 shift schedule, providing flexibility and alternating weekends off.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kingston Springs, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
