Hiring For Two Roles - PCB QC Inspector and SMT Operator

PCB QC Inspector: $27-$32/hr - Day Shift

+ Performing Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) visual inspection to IPC-A-610, Class3 workmanship criteria.

+ Performing PCBA inspection under a microscope.

+ Entering data into computer systems such as Manex, Excel, and Spotlight.

+ Performing Device History Record (DHR) verification before releasing finished medical devices/products to shipping.

SMT Operator (set up): $23/hr - Swing Shift

+ Reads, understands, and follows SMT set up procedures.

+ Pulls parts from SKB (SMT Kanban)

+ Reads, understands, and follows Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) Identifies set up table, feeder size, tape size, feeder position, table location.

+ Reads, understands, and follows the set up sheet to perform new job set up including sorting parts in sequence, testing feeders, write down part numbers and installing parts on the feeders.

+ Sets up and verifies set up such as assembly, revision, value, part marking, pick up angle, pick up position, and quantity.

+ Breaks down set-up, cleans, and returns parts to SKB and stockroom.

+ Prints the SMT, SMTQA MPI and AVL of the specific job.

This is a Contract position based out of Morgan Hill, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
