    Join our dynamic team as a Medical Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling catheters in a clean room environment. You will collaborate with a team of about eight other professionals, receiving cross-training in multiple areas to enhance your skills. Your tasks will include using a microscope for 50% of your day to perform bonding, gluing, cutting, manual assembly, inspection, and adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble catheters in a clean room environment.

    + Collaborate with a team of approximately eight members.

    + Cross-train in various assembly areas.

    + Utilize a microscope for detailed work 50% of the day.

    + Perform bonding, gluing, cutting, and manual assembly tasks.

    + Conduct inspections and maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

    Essential Skills

    + Experience working in a clean room environment.

    + Proficiency in medical device assembly.

    + Ability to use a microscope effectively.

    + Experience with bonding, molding, braiding, coiling, adhesive, and stretching techniques.

    + 2-3 years of experience in medical assembly.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with coiling, braiding, adhesive, or catheters is preferred.

    Work Environment

    Work as part of a close-knit team of about eight people in a supportive and friendly environment. The position is for the 1st shift, running from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with optional overtime available.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
