Job Title: Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team, specializing in 5-Axis Custom Tooling machining. This role involves operating large machines such as SNK, FIDIA, Line, and DMG, with a focus on non-production tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and manage 5-Axis Custom Tooling machines.

+ Utilize and set up large machines like SNK, FIDIA, Line, and DMG.

+ Conduct FIDIA, Siemens, or Fanuc control operations.

+ Set up machines independently, ensuring proper tool clamping and adjustments.

+ Program using Mastercam, if applicable.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in 5-Axis Custom Tooling machining.

+ Experience with large machines such as SNK, FIDIA, Line, and DMG.

+ Skill in FIDIA, Siemens, or Fanuc control operations.

+ Ability to independently set up machines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Mastercam Programming experience is a plus.

+ Experience in shaping hard metals into tooling.

+ Troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

+ Knowledge of lathe and mill operations.

Work Environment

The work environment includes various shifts to accommodate your schedule: Rotator Shift (Thursday-Wednesday, bi-weekly, 12-hour shifts), First Shift (Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm), and Second Shift (Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm – 2:00 am). Employees work with advanced machinery and are expected to maintain a professional dress code.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Winfield, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
