    Order Selector – 1st Shift

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a **detail-oriented and reliable Order Selector** to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting our transition to SAP inventory software. This position requires operating a stand-up forklift and performing tasks such as picking, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging products throughout the day.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Accurately pull orders using RF scanners.

    + Prepare and process customer tickets.

    + Enter and maintain inventory data in SAP software.

    + Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

    + Operate a stand-up forklift for order picking and material handling.

    Essential Qualifications

    + **1+ years** of experience with SAP or similar inventory management software.

    + **1+ years** of experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment.

    + Proven experience operating a **stand-up forklift** (required).

    + Strong customer interaction and problem-solving skills.

    Additional Skills & Attributes

    + Forklift driving proficiency.

    + Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

    + Ability to meet productivity targets (e.g., picking ~17 lines per hour).

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of JESSUP, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
