Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Dock Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic warehouse/dock laborers to join our team at the Linden Ave facility. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to be part of the setup and startup of new commercial operating lines at our facility. No forklift experience is needed, but you must be open to training and certification.

Responsibilities

+ Manually move materials throughout the facility.

+ Lift up to 50lbs multiple times throughout the shift.

+ Read and follow instructions.

+ Perform packing of materials and quality checks.

+ Cross-train and handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned in other areas.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with cherry picker, inventory, and shipping & receiving.

+ Skills in labeling, using a tape measure, and material handling.

+ Loading and unloading skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Willingness to become Forklift Certified on various forklifts.

+ Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment

The Linden Ave facility offers a warehouse and manufacturing environment similar to a retail store setting. It is smaller in scale, dealing mostly with customer samples. The facility is not completely temperature controlled, so it can get slightly cold or hot. Employees are required to wear steel-toed/composite shoes, pants, and a t-shirt. We operate multiple printing presses, including digital gravure and vinyl presses. Training hours are from 5 AM to 3 PM (Monday to Thursday), with potential changes to 6 AM to 4 PM post-training. The work schedule includes breaks: two 10-minute breaks and one 20-minute paid lunch break where leaving the premises is not allowed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
