    Warehouse Support Specialist

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a **Warehouse Support Specialist** to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. This position involves fulfilling customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the transition to SAP inventory software. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Accurately pull orders using RF scanners.

    + Prepare and process customer tickets.

    + Enter and maintain inventory data in SAP software.

    + Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

    + Operate a stand-up forklift for order picking and material handling.

    + Palletize and shrink-wrap products for shipment.

    Essential Qualifications

    + **1+ years** of experience with SAP or similar inventory management software.

    + **1+ years** of experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment.

    + Proven ability to interact professionally with customers and resolve issues.

    + Experience operating a **stand-up forklift** (required).

    Additional Skills & Attributes

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Ability to meet productivity targets (e.g., picking ~17 product lines per hour).

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Work Environment & Schedule

    + Warehouse setting equipped with forklifts and loading docks.

    + Regular interaction with customers and drivers; ability to handle disputes professionally.

    + **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, with overtime opportunities.

    + No certification, DOT, medical, or licensing requirements.

    + No PPE required.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of JESSUP, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
