    Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator** **Job Description

     

    As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will be responsible for packaging products in a cleanroom environment. This role involves working on various production lines, where you will load bottles, cap, bag, and seal products as necessary. You will also load containers into boxes, assemble more boxes, and palletize the finished product. The position requires standing all day and rotating job duties every few hours.

    Responsibilities

    + Package products in a cleanroom environment.

    + Load bottles onto the production line.

    + Cap, bag, and seal products as needed.

    + Load containers into boxes and assemble additional boxes.

    + Palletize finished products.

    + Rotate job duties every couple of hours.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ years of experience in production, filling, and packaging roles or similar positions.

    + Ability to read, write, and speak English.

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Experience with cleanroom, inspection, line operation, and packaging.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in inventory management by recording batch numbers.

    + Ability to sign off on completed tasks per the batch record.

    Work Environment

    The work schedule includes two shifts: Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Monday through Thursday from 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM. Expect overtime on Fridays according to the normal shift hours. The role requires standing throughout the shift in a cleanroom environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
