Job Title: Low Voltage Electrician Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Low Voltage Electrician to oversee and monitor project progress, provide direction to employees and subcontractors, and manage communication systems repairs and maintenance. Your expertise in low voltage systems, communications, security, and network systems will be essential in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee and monitor assigned project progress.
+ Provide direction to employees and subcontractors on the job site.
+ Perform changes or repairs to communication systems.
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and direct repairs on low voltage systems, communications, security, and network systems.
+ Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning.
+ Demonstrate equipment usage to customers and address inquiries or complaints.
+ Analyze test readings and trouble reports to determine repair needs.
+ Adjust equipment to enhance performance or meet customer requests.
+ Travel to customer premises for installation, maintenance, or repair of communications equipment.
+ Set up and test service equipment for customers.
+ Provide prompt and professional customer service.
+ Be on call as required by customers.
+ Maintain company vehicle and tools professionally.
+ Coordinate and schedule work, materials, manpower, and equipment requirements.
+ Ensure safe working conditions and enforce safety regulations.
Essential Skills
+ Understanding of Low Voltage Systems, communications systems, security and network systems, access and control systems.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with low voltage systems.
+ Proficiency in electrical, low voltage, and security networks.
+ Experience with Fiber Optics, CAT5, CAT6, access controls, conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, installation, schematics, and cable.
+ Project management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to analyze test readings, computer printouts, and trouble reports.
+ Experience in adjusting or modifying equipment for performance enhancement.
+ Capability to operate and maintain company vehicle and tooling.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.05/hr.
