Responsibilities:

+ Pack, clean, and store contents from properties

+ Identify and document damaged items

+ Operate cleaning equipment and repackage restored items

+ Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety

+ Drive company vehicle to client sites and assist with setup

+ Communicate professionally with clients and team leads

+ Perform intake & inventory, cleaning & restoration, drying & deodorizing, repackaging & storage

+ Complete documentation and maintain clear communication

Skills:

+ Framing

+ Installation

+ Restoration

+ Property damage assessment

Additional Qualifications:

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work on ladders

+ Smartphone required for documentation and communication

+ Professional demeanor and attention to detail

+ Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
