    Job Description

    Shift:

    2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Candidates must be flexible to work overtime as needed)

    Language Requirement:

    Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

     

    Purpose

     

    Due to increased sales orders.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform general warehouse duties including picking orders, receiving/stowing products, and loading/unloading trailers.

     

    Accurately fulfill orders to ensure quality and prevent damage.

     

    Box items, build pallets, and stow packaged/unpackaged items in designated areas.

     

    Use a touchscreen scanner for picking and packing tasks (must be able to read English).

     

    Ensure shipments are loaded onto the correct trucks within assigned deadlines.

     

    Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

    Physical Requirements

    Continuous standing and walking in a warehouse environment for 8+ hours.

     

    Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to stack, carry, lift, and pick products.

     

    Continuous lifting of 20 lbs, frequent lifting of 25–40 lbs, and occasional lifting of 50 lbs or more.

     

    Frequent stacking of pallets and totes (20–50 lbs) up to 6 feet high.

     

    Frequent lifting above shoulder level.

     

    Note: Experience with an electric rider pallet jack is not required but is a plus.

    Proficiency in accurate data entry.

    Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability to changing priorities.

     

    Self-motivated and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.

     

    Safety-focused mindset at all times.

    This is a Contract position based out of Tracy, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
