Job Title: Material Handler Weekend Shift
Job Description
Join our team as a Material Handler on the Weekend Shift, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our fabrication processes. You will report to the fabrication supervisor and be responsible for moving large sheets of metal to the forming department using a sit-down forklift. Additionally, you will assist with brake press and laser operations.
Responsibilities
+ Operate a sit-down forklift to move large sheets of metal.
+ Assist with loading and unloading sheets and parts from the laser.
+ Support the press brake operations by assisting in bending parts as part of a two-person team.
+ Aid in welding processes, including tacking, kitting, and prepping.
+ Perform metal finishing on units as needed or based on demand.
+ Engage in general labor and machine operation tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in operating forklifts.
+ Experience in loading and material handling.
+ Ability to move materials to support fabrication processes.
+ Understanding of mathematics to verify job requirements and specifications.
+ Capability to use measuring equipment such as tape measures and micrometers.
+ Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards to meet customer specifications.

Work Environment
You will work a weekend shift from 6am to 6pm, Friday to Sunday, receiving 36 paid hours for 40 hours of work. Our manufacturing environment is clean and well-lit, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere where small teams collaborate effectively.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winneconne, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
