Warehouse Associate

**Location:** Sarasota

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely, and well‑prepared orders.

Key Responsibilities

+ Pull, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

+ Prepare freight shipments, ensuring all labeling and documentation meet company and carrier requirements

+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks, as well as handling customer pick‑up orders

+ Process daily inbound shipments from small package carriers, LTL freight, and truck deliveries

+ Verify received items against purchase orders and inspect for damage or discrepancies

+ Handle customer returns and maintain organized RGA shelves

+ Process vendor claims promptly and accurately

+ Assign bin locations and put away stock using RF scan guns and inventory management systems

Qualifications

+ Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred

+ Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

+ Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems is a plus

+ Team‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
