+ **Shift** : _6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Nights, B-Shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Wednesday)_
Job Summary:
Administrative Coordinator supports production and production administrative activities in the areas of MES registration transactions and oversite; act as a liaison between external and internal departments to ensure overall operational success.
Furthermore, responsibilities include leading daily activities with little management oversight, multitasking in a high-volume production environment, and using exceptional interpersonal skills with a highly adaptable attitude.
Additionally, this role supports team supervisor and leadership in coordination of department extracurricular activities, assists with official communications, and leads by example in providing superior level of service and timeliness with all internal and external requests.
Essential Duties:
Functional Operations:
+ Execute daily MES tasks from start to finish
+ Record production data, including daily production, scrap, and defect inventories
+ Investigate discrepancies or losses in MES reporting
+ Provide detailed information on MES lot registration issues and how to resolve them
+ Support the Inventory team during monthly hard counts
+ Monitor and report trends in supply ordering, loss amounts, and other production items
+ Operate and maintain tools and equipment within the functional area
+ Must be able to work all scheduled shift hours
Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
+ Monitor and report trends in supply ordering, loss amounts, and other production items
Training & Team Support:
+ Support the Supervisor in organizing celebratory activities or events
+ Assist the Supervisor with department communications
+ Support incoming new employee onboarding activities on a weekly basis
+ Provide training to others at the same or lower level within the functional area
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:
+ Collaborate with production support teams to create Requests for Approval RFA
+ Coordinate and schedule meetings for the GM SPM and APMs
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Quality Safety & Compliance:
+ Follow retention compliance standards for production documentation as set by Quality leaders
+ Collect and prepare presentations and department data daily
+ Manage department lockers including maintenance and allocation
+ Ensure proper implementation of processes and procedures to meet industry regulatory and customer standards
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
+ To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees’, wearing PPE is a possibility and includes equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator. Respirator fit test will be required based on functional area.

Qualifications
Qualifications - Required and/or Preferred
Education:
+ Required: High school diploma, GED or 2 years of prior experience in functional area
Essential Qualifications:
+ Must possess ability to adjust positively to changes in work environment
+ Proficient in Excel, must work with multiple spreadsheets, create, and manage complex formulas and conditional formatting
+ Must be detail oriented
+ Knowledge of maintenance and material control procedures
+ Able to analyze maintenance and material data
+ Ability to multi-task across multiple data collection systems tracking and monitoring data to meet requirements
+ Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
+ Must be able to type using a standard keyboard to communicate through e-mail and various software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of administrative experience
+ Manufacturing/production administration experience
