As a Honda Apprentice, you will work in our Express Service lanes performing routine, high‑volume maintenance in accordance with Honda and dealership standards. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and focused on building strong foundational skills while working around the Honda brand and its service processes.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements

    + Complete multi‑point inspections including brakes, tires, and fluid levels

    + Support efficient workflow in the Express lanes

    + Communicate recommended maintenance and repair needs to the service advisor liaison

    Qualifications:

    + Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile

    + Experience as an express/quick‑lube technician preferred

    + Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service

    + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
