    Responsibilities:

    + Perform used vehicle inspections and reconditioning to dealership and manufacturer standards

    + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues on pre-owned vehicles

    + Complete maintenance services including brakes, suspension, steering, engine repairs, and drivability concerns

    + Ensure vehicles are road-ready, safe, and meet quality expectations prior to sale

    + Accurately document inspections, repairs, and reconditioning work

    + Work efficiently to meet recon timelines while maintaining high-quality standards

    + Collaborate with service advisors, sales, and management to ensure smooth vehicle flow

    Who We're Looking For:

    + Experienced automotive technicians who are passionate about their craft and eager to advance their career.

    + ASE certification is a plus but not required. With a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
