Grid Technologies Service is seeking a Growth Acceleration Manager, M&A and Portfolio Integration (GT Services), to work alongside our Growth Manager in driving the expansion of our GT Service business. In this key role, you will identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities that support our strategic growth goals. Leveraging your deep understanding of the GT Service portfolio and operations, you will help ensure that acquisitions generate long-term value, create synergies, and strengthen our competitive position.
How You’ll Make an Impact
+ **M&A Strategy and Opportunity Assessment** Identify and evaluate acquisition targets aligned with the GT Service strategy. Conduct strategic fit assessments and initial screenings and collaborate with the Growth Manager to integrate M&A initiatives into the broader growth roadmap.
+ **Due Diligence and Integration Planning** Lead comprehensive due diligence across financial, operational, and commercial areas. Identify synergies, integration opportunities, and potential challenges, developing strategies to ensure seamless integration and value realization.
+ **Portfolio and Business Model Evaluation** Analyze target companies’ business models, market positioning, and value propositions to validate strategic and operational fit within the GT Service portfolio. Recommend portfolio adjustments to enhance combined business performance.
+ **Financial and Executive Reporting** Partner with finance teams to model acquisition scenarios, assess ROI, and evaluate value creation potential. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for executive review and approval.
+ **Cross-Functional and Post-Acquisition Collaboration** Work closely with legal, finance, operations, and commercial teams throughout all M&A phases to ensure smooth transitions and effective post-acquisition integration.
+ **Market and Competitive Intelligence** Monitor industry trends, emerging market opportunities, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to inform acquisition strategies and future portfolio development.
What You Bring
+ Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
+ At least 5 years of experience in GT Service operations with strong understanding of processes and portfolio.
+ Proven experience in M&A, including due diligence and integration planning.
+ Experience in the U.S. market preferred
+ Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to lead complex projects under tight deadlines.
+ Results-driven with strong commercial and strategic insight.
+ Detail-oriented and adept at managing complexity.
+ Collaborative and influential across cross-functional teams
+ Collaborative, influential, and effective in cross-functional environments.
+ Strategic thinker with strong commercial and market awareness.
+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
