These may include but are not limited to taking inventory and maintaining records, stocking food and supplies, food preparation, setup and service, and transport of food and supplies; cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and work areas between use; maintaining accurate cash operations. May prepare, deliver/collect, and review daily patient menus to ensure selections are in accordance with prescribed diet. May transport food and supplies within or between hospitals. May prepare and deliver patient formulas. Qualifications : 1. High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. 2. Additional experience/training required dependent upon discipline.
