RGP is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support a client operating within a 24/7 logistics environment. This is a 6-month, fully remote contract. This role requires a high level of flexibility, including rotating coverage across days, nights, and weekends, to ensure continuous shipment visibility and operational support. The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in tracking shipments, coordinating with transportation partners, and communicating timely updates to internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.

+ Track and manage domestic and international shipments using a Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring accurate status updates, on-time delivery, and adherence to service-level expectations

+ Provide 24/7 operational coverage through rotating day, night, and weekend shifts, proactively monitoring shipment activity and resolving exceptions as they arise

+ Coordinate with freight carriers, freight forwarders, third-party warehouses, and customs brokers to execute import and export consignments and ensure smooth end-to-end shipment execution

+ Support customs clearance and trade compliance activities by collaborating with brokers and internal stakeholders and maintaining required documentation

+ Communicate shipment status, delays, and proposed resolutions to internal and external stakeholders through timely email updates and status reports

+ Collect, audit, and distribute shipping documentation, including proofs of delivery (PODs), and maintain accurate shipment records

+ Utilize dashboards and customized reporting tools to monitor shipment performance, document event trails, and support operational decision-making

+ Partner with cross-functional and global teams to resolve logistics issues, support international operations, and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented logistics environment

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight coordination

+ Willingness and flexibility to rotate between days, nights, and weekends in a 24/7 operating environment

+ Experience working in a fast-paced, operational role

+ Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS); Blue Yonder TMS experience is a plus

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments across regions and time zones

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and sense of urgency

+ Comfortable working in a global, multi-cultural environment

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

+ Pay Range: $20-30/hour (W2)
