Position** **Title:

Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate:

$23.66-$38.63/Hour

The Job You Will Perform:

+ Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

+ Perform routine maintenance (e.g., lubrication, inspections, adjustments) and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems using appropriate tools, manuals, and schematics.

+ Safely operate and monitor the facility boiler, ensuring steam pressure remains above 180 PSI.

+ Accurately complete maintenance records and keep supervisors informed of equipment issues and progress.

+ Work effectively with team members, vendors, and subcontractors to meet maintenance goals and support plant operations.

+ Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall maintenance and production efficiency.

+ **Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required.**

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

+ A high school diploma (or GED) is required. One to two years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.

+ Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required.
