    Job Description

    Join an exciting new delivery program where you will be instrumental in recruiting local businesses to become part of a dynamic delivery partner network. This role involves direct engagement with potential partners, fieldwork, and collaboration with community influencers. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the expansion of the program.

    Responsibilities

    + Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.

    + Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications.

    + Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process while managing activity in Salesforce.

    + Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events like lunch and learns and town hall meetings.

    + Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.

    + Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly to maintain data integrity.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.

    + Required experience in outside/field sales.

    + Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

    + Strong prospecting and outbound call skills.

    + Sales management experience.

    + Problem-solving capabilities for field applicants.

    Work Environment

    The role involves being in the field 4-5 days a week, with an 80/20 split between fieldwork and home-based administrative tasks. Employees may expect reimbursement for phone bills and mileage, providing a supportive and flexible work environment.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
