    Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for processing enterprise transactions efficiently and with high quality. You will tackle basic problem-solving to resolve discrepancies, missing information, and policy approvals, while collaborating with finance management and cross-functional analysts to address unprocessed or unique transactions. A significant part of your role will involve cash postings using a 10-key system.

    Responsibilities

    + Process enterprise transactions in a timely and quality manner.

    + Resolve discrepancies, missing information, and policy approvals.

    + Collaborate with finance management and cross-functional analysts.

    + Perform cash postings using a 10-key system.

    + Maintain accuracy and productivity with a target of 4% increase month to month.

    + Format banking reports using Excel for basic tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in accounts receivable and cash application.

    + Experience with 10-key systems.

    + Ability to perform payment maintenance and invoicing tasks.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Management OR 1+ year of AR/Cash Application experience.

    + Excel skills for basic formatting of banking reports.

    Work Environment

    The role is based in a large, modern building, with the accounts receivable team divided into Credit/Collections and Cash Application. The company offers a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing you to choose any three days to work in the office. Initial training will be conducted onsite, after which you can consistently select your in-office days. If choosing to work remotely for two days, you must supply two monitors, a keyboard, a mouse, and a docking station for home use. The work schedule is approximately 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This position does not require outreach or interaction with external customers, as Collections handle these responsibilities

    This is a Contract position based out of Lake Elmo, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
