Job Title: Accounts Receivable/ Collections Coordinator
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing customer invoices and cash receipts, ensuring timely and accurate customer collections. This role is essential in maintaining financial records, ensuring precise documentation, auditing, resolving discrepancies, and supporting other departments within the company.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with Accounts Receivable and collections.
+ Five years of accounting experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Experience with Great Plains, Sage, or similar accounting systems.
+ Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Ability to adapt to change in the workplace.
+ Strong written communication skills.
+ Ability to demonstrate ethical conduct.
+ Organizational skills.
+ Self-motivation and time management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
+ Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
+ Familiarity with TMW (Transportation Management System) or similar systems.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The work environment is dynamic and supportive, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team. There is opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
