Job Title: Financial Analyst I
Job Description
Join a dynamic team to support a system migration project. As a Financial Analyst I, you will play a critical role in managing tactical implementation plans and ensuring the smooth execution of project milestones.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and manage tactical implementation plans using Microsoft Excel.
+ Track project milestones and hold stakeholders accountable to ensure timely execution.
+ Prepare weekly status reports and scorecards.
+ Coordinate across multiple jurisdictions and departments.
+ Interface with business area finance, capital asset accounting, and revenue requirements teams.
+ Monitor supply chain timelines without direct ordering responsibilities.
+ Support regulatory filings and related documentation.
+ Ensure project schedules are maintained and manage escalations when needed.
Essential Skills
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
+ Familiarity with RACI charts and project planning methodologies.
+ Experience in project management and financial analysis.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience in finance, economics, engineering, or related fields.
This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN, with in-office work required from Tuesday to Thursday. The position reports to the Director of Integrated System Planning Business Operations and involves presenting findings and updates to upper management, including VPs. The role requires a quick start and involves collaboration with various teams.

This is a Contract position based out of Fridley, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
