What You’ll Do

+ Operate Omnicell automation systems at customer sites following SOPs and best practices.

+ Manage medication inventory levels and perform restocking duties.

+ Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of XR2 equipment.

+ Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations.

+ Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between Omnicell and the customer.

What We’re Looking For

Required Basic Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Active Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.

+ Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA CPhT / ExCPT).

+ Working knowledge of pharmacy automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program completion.

+ 2+ years of hospital pharmacy automation experience.

+ Basic troubleshooting skills with automation devices.

Work Conditions

+ **The PRN is an On Call position to locally support / serve as back up for Call Ins/Sick Calls, Vacations, LOAs, etc.**

+ **Must be able to commute to this site:** **2500 Metrohealth Dr, Cleveland, OH 44109**

+ **Shift: M-F 7 to 3:30 pm**

+ **Possess flexible availabilities** (i.e., PRN match well if you are currently working 7 on 7 off, PRN, Part-Timer, etc.)

+ Hospital Pharmacy Environment

+ Ability to travel for training.

+ Pharmacy environment; 8–10-hour shifts.

+ Flexible hours based on business needs.

+ Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 35 lbs.

+ Potential exposure to hazardous drugs.

Base compensation: Hourly ranges for this position is in the $25/hour and up.
