What You'll Do
As a Senior Government Contract Compliance Manager, you will:
+ **Develop and implement compliance strategies** aligned with U.S. Government acquisition guidelines (FAR, DFARS, VAARS, GSA, VA FSS) and international standards.
+ **Establish and maintain Omnicell’s Risk Management Framework** , ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of compliance risks.
+ **Serve as the primary liaison for Department of Veterans Affairs Federal Supply Schedule contract audits** , ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
+ **Lead compliance training programs** to educate employees and management on regulatory standards, best practices, and internal policies.
+ **Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders** to design long-term risk management solutions that support acquisition and contract execution strategies.
+ **Monitor and assess compliance risks continuously** , escalating issues and clearing blockers with appropriate resources.
+ **Drive operational excellence** by creating and optimizing cross-team procedures that enable scalability and efficiency.
+ **Support corporate compliance initiatives** to advance Omnicell’s overall compliance strategy.
Who You Are
You bring a strong compliance background and strategic mindset, with the ability to influence and lead across a complex organization. Your qualifications include:
Required
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
+ 8+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
+ 8+ years developing and implementing standards, policies, and programs.
+ Expertise with Department of Veterans Affairs Federal Supply Schedule contracts.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills.
+ Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
+ Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred
+ Master’s degree or equivalent.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing without direct authority.
+ Previous experience operationalizing compliance obligations in a medical device manufacturing environment.
