Job Description
Cintas is currently looking for a Manager-SAP FICO for the Enterprise Application Team within the Information Technology department. The Manager is responsible for: planning, organizing and overseeing all approved information technology activities for the SAP FICO functional area(s) of support; designing effective and efficient computer systems which address both business and technical requirements; providing project planning, implementation, control and integration of solutions using multiple technologies, affecting multiple applications; preparing timely and accurate project estimates and proposals; working with external vendors; acting as a consultant to the organization in both business and technical areas of expertise; applying outside knowledge of IT developments, trends, and new technologies; assessing risk and making decisions which affect the project and the company; managing and developing assigned staff including coaching/mentoring and performance management; successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines; and contributing to long range planning and budget discussions.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
+ High School diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree, preferred
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP related application management, including implementation, configuration and support in SAP FICO (gathering requirements, customizing, and configuring)
+ Minimum 5 years of integration experience with SAP FICO, SAP SD, Supply Chain Management and SAP Hybris systems
+ Minimum 3 years of process improvement experience for operational support systems
+ Minimum 3 years of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in analyzing financial needs, designing solutions, and improving processes in areas like general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, cost center/profit center accounting, product costing and margin analysis
+ Minimum 2 years of experience with managing Lockbox, Bill Trust, Paymetric and Vertex systems
+ Minimum 2 years of reporting experience on SAC involving predictive models for Accounting and Invoice management
+ Minimum 2 years of experience supporting daily team activities, coaching/mentoring, career development planning, performance management, recruiting and hiring
+ One full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance reporting and central payments
Preferred:
+ Experience/knowledge of new SAP accounting and finance solutions like Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), Advanced Financial Close (AFC), S/4HANA Group Reporting (GR) & SAC Planning (PF&A)
+ Experience/knowledge of Blackline solution modules like account reconciliation, Task Management, Transaction Matching & Journal Entry
+ Experience/knowledge of SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution
+ Budgeting experience
