Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior Lead Data Management Analyst** to ensure compliance with risk and regulatory data requirements within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM). This role will lead initiatives to resolve data defects and strengthen data integrity across critical regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities
+ **Regulatory Compliance** : Drive adherence to risk and regulatory standards through precise data mapping and validation.
+ **Data Quality & Controls** : Oversee quarterly data profiling controls essential for accurate regulatory reporting.
+ **Defect Management** : Partner with business stakeholders to identify, review, and remediate data errors promptly.
+ **Policy Governance** : Ensure strict compliance with internal data management policies and procedures.
+ **Audit Readiness** : Coordinate execution of internal controls and maintain comprehensive evidence for audits.
Impact
This position plays a pivotal role in safeguarding data quality and ensuring timely, accurate regulatory reporting for WIM.
In this role, you will:
+ Design and conduct highly complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and to identify and remediate process or control gaps
+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise
+ Evaluate data quality metrics and detailed data observations to benchmark the state of data quality and prioritize remediation activities
+ Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy
+ Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
+ Represent Wealth and Investment Management in cross-functional teams focused on data governance
+ Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution
+ Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs
Required Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Regulatory & Risk Expertise
+ Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to data environments.
+ Experience identifying gaps and implementing sustainable controls.
Data Governance & Quality
+ Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and stewardship.
+ Familiarity with data flow, process design, integration, and KPIs.
Defect & Control Management
+ Skilled in identifying data defect risks and leading remediation efforts.
+ Ability to design and execute controls and document evidence for compliance.
Analytical & Technical Acumen
+ Comfortable with evaluating data quality metrics and benchmarking.
+ Understanding of data models and data lineage
Communication & Influence
+ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Leadership & Collaboration
Proven success in driving clarity from ambiguity across multiple functions.
+ Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior analysts.
+ Ability to partner with cross-functional groups to design solutions and execute remediation.
Job Expectations:

+ Follow enterprise guidelines related to in-person office work schedule. Currently, hybrid work schedule (at least 3 days in-person/week) - this is subject to change in the future
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$159,000.00 - $279,000.00
